We woke up this morning to some snow outside, so we decided to have some fun in the snow while Callie was napping. It's always nice to take a little break from school to go outside and play in the snow! The kiddos were trying to make snow angels, but because of the ice on top of the snow it made that a little difficult. It also made making a snowman pretty much impossible since all of the good packing snow was covered in ice ... but we still had fun, and the kiddos still got to run around the yard, throw snowballs at each other and have lots of fun!

After we were done playing, we came inside to warm up and had some yummy hot chocolate. And then we snuggled up together and read books ... of course, we do that lots of days, not only on snow days!
